I reserved a booking online and when I showed up they gave me the wrong truck on the wrong booking. They realized it after I had left and called me, threatening to call the police and report it stolen if I didn’t bring it back. I was in the middle of loading it so I finished what I had rented it to do, and returned the truck around 3 (when I picked it up they had said to bring it back by 4). Since it was on the wrong booking, I was charged the wrong amount so they cancelled the original one and created a new booking. I ended up being charged for two bookings. When I called to have one of them refunded, they told me it was just a pre authorization and it would drop off my credit card. It did not. I filed a dispute with my credit card to get the charge reversed but that is still pending. I rented the UHaul on 4/19 and I’m still trying to get my money back.

HEATHER CI thought that the guys that rented that helped me and my husband rent a truck were fantastic! They were friendly, accommodating, professionally and were very helpful and understanding when I was running late they gave me a call to check with us.Other places overcharged me but they were super reasonable I would recommend them hands down to anyone! WENDY WReserved a trailer for pickup at Ontario location, after getting the run around at the Ontario location due to the trailer that was reserved for that specific time and date not being available. Was sent to the upland location where I had no choice to get the 10ft truck for 200$ more or be sent to the San Bernardino location to pick up a trailer that may or may not be there. What is the point of making a reservation if no one calls to tell you it's not available. Now I had to find another person to drive the U-Haul truck plus my truck to the location i moved too. over 200 miles. Was also made promises that were not upheld as part of this situation.

Donna bI honestly cannot think of a thing. Picking up the vehicle was a breeze. It was spotless. It was also very easy to drive. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.
Cynthia PAs a Rene t that rented from this location I wasn’t happy with my rental it was dirty the truck and I had a reservation big i wasn’t asked how May miles i was going and when needed zurea days there was no recommendations that would get me the best price possible .So Inthought after 100 miles I paid 49 cents per mile . Not the best rate . I’m not happy and upset because I had to clean truck it may behave never

greg cThe app would not work and the instructions/images were not helpful. For example the app showed a picture of a bright orange key drop off box and the actual box was black and basically hidden.
Rebecca GMake sure that the rental has a full tank of fuel since you charge for fuel not being full.

Jodi RI took a picture of the gas gage to make sure I returned it with the same gas. I returned it with more gas than when I left. They still said I did not return it with the same gas. I have picture proof with the mileage next to the gas gage. I am not sure if this is a con. They literally cheated me out of money. I want s refund for the gas. I cab send you the pictures for proof.
Christophet JDolley and blankets were not in the truck - we had to get the guy to bring them out, and online check in was not working. We had to call to get checked in. No lock was provided on the back. Truck only had less than a quarter tank of fuel.

They quickly handled the transaction and were very friendly, which was very refreshing after dealing with a massive screw up on the company U-Haul end. U-Haul completely screwed up our reservation and wasted our time, even after calling to confirm our reservation. If it wasn't for Foothill Self Storage our entire moving day plans would have been ruined.

Carlos SRyan was amazing at upland. Especially Kyle who assisted me to locate a 15” when I saw the 10” wouldn’t be enough. Uhaul you are the best! Looking into doing business again in September. The gentleman who assisted me in returning the truck and equipment in Las Vegas was great and happy to help! I forgot his name. Feel terrible. Please share this with them!
Marvin RUhaul app and site weren't working so took an extra 20-30 to get the truck and none of the equipment I needed was there, no appliance dolly, no furniture dollies, no moving blankets, etc. Without the dollies the move took much longer than it should have and one of our friends got hurt.
Andrew MIt took him 45 minutes to check me out. And I also was told I was only paying another $20 for one more day not two days at $40 each. They are closed on Sunday.

ELIZABETH SUhaul truck had a bad tire in the back that blew out on me. Should have been fixed before giving it to a customer to rent out. Could have ended a lot worse if I didn't pull over in time,
Eric RFirst of all U-Haul did not give me a 26 foot truck, I was guaranteed one, but received a 20 foot, the movers I hired could not adjust their schedule to mine, since U-Haul kept on changing the truck delivery date. So I could not fit all my household belongings, and this in turn made me waist 2 more days going from upland,CA to Las Vegas and back. I also had to rent another truck, a 10 foot, to finish my move to California. Overall I spent twice the amount on the truck rentals and twice the amount filling them up with gas, along with two extra days I had to take off from work, which U-Haul did not compensate me for! As for the drop of location at 1041 E Foothill Blvd in Upland, CA, it was the worst experience. The guy that attended me called and asked if I was going to drop off the U-Haul truck, I told him I was running one hour late, THIS WAS DUE TO U-HAUL CHANGING THE DELIVERY DATE AND TIME, WHICH CAUSED THE MOVERS TO NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE MY SCHEDULE, I HAD TO UNLOAD THE 20 FT TRUCK BY MY SELF AND ONLY TOOK ONE EXTRA HOUR. When I arrive at the drop off location with the truck empty on gas, due to not having enough time, the attendant told me, as if I was an infant, that it is really bad to return the truck on empty. I told him if he wanted I could go fill it up, as long as I’m not charged extra time. He just kept on saying it was bad. Then he charged me an extra day, the gas and $30 to pump the gas. If I was charged the extra day, then he should had given me the keys to the truck for me to use for that extra day, then I would have had time to fill it up with gas. I BELIEVE THAT U-HAUL OWES ME THE EXTRA DAY I WAS CHARGED FOR THE 20 FOOT TRUCK AND ALL THE CHARGES FOR THE SECOND TRUCK I HAD TO RENT, INCLUDING THE GAS I SPENT ON THE SECOND TRUCK AND THE TWO EXTRA DAYS I HAD TO TAKE OFF WORK!!!!
