It was an okay experience. People were great. Truck was a little dirty. Dirt on windshield, empty soda bottle on door, written on cardboard on dash. I left those items as they were not mine and I do not touch other people’s trash. I had a hard time with mobile check in as I had to go inside for the key. That’s not mobile. The truck was quite a ways from the office -across a large parking lot. The office is sort of hidden. I didn’t get on the road until well after check in. But again, the people were good. The office was quite nice. Prices have gone up significantly which sucks since dues is so expensive. Rental plus gas I paid $187 for a truck from 10am to 7 pm -just short of 9 hours. Pretty bad deal. But. The people were nice both on the phone and in person.

Reserved hand truck but wasn’t available when we picked up vehicle. Had to find one at another location
Anne MThe only thing is the gas rebate for filling the tank I got the van it showed it was on reserve with range of 56 miles and the fuel light is on I put in about $40 and after close to 100 miles return the van with almost half full The rebate for fuel was only $5 Although the Clark mentioned they will offer me $5 discount if bring the van back with more fuel then it had yet it is still way too low comparing the time and fuel I put in I just don’t know about the MPG of this Van BTW I found out later it average out about 18 mpg The deduction with fuel in the tank should be around $16 so I am paying extra $11

Jason PThe reserve truck was not available, found another truck 2 miles away and left my car there. When I returned to the original location they said to take the truck back 2 miles away. I said my car is here how do I get back, no offer to take me so I left the truck. They said I would be charged extra which I am disputing since was not my fault but a inconvenience.
