Reuben was a great help!! I was disappointed that the have truck and dolly I requested were not available when I picked up the Truck. Reuben substituted an appliance dolly, but I did not have any appliances. We didn’t use it. He was quite willing to help.
CYNTHIA WThis entire rental experience was a joke. I have rented U-Haul trucks many times over the years but this was the worst experience ever. There was no one at the location who knew anything about the rental process when I showed up to pick up the truck. I spoke with someone on the phone from the location to fill out forms that I had already filled out online. I was in a tight time crunch and no on seemed to care. The tow truck driver at the location knew next to nothing and could care less. Then when unloading, the truck battery died and had to be jumped. And we were unable to turn off the engine until we dropped the truck off at the pickup location. There was no one at the location when we dropped off the truck. So, they charged us a fuel fee when we couldn't add gas (for 41 miles) since there was a dead battery. You should be ashamed of this location if this is your current business model.

Alan GDriver side door must be slammed to close properly and mirror wobbles as you reach 60mph. Also the problem is only during business hours can you rent from that location. So the keys are handed to you and turned back in to the people. They are not very thorough. Also the cost of driving mileage is super expensive. Only in an emergency would I rent again.
FRANCISCO MI would go to a company store next time, because I prefer a more seamless customer service experience. The suspension is so hard, every little crack or bump results in the truck shaking.. terrible experience! Additionally, the windows rattle when driving, and since there is no attendant, I didn't know who to inform.
Brian Tthere was a check engine light that came on during use. I called the location and the worker promised that someone from uhaul would call me back, and never did, despite me calling them twice. I had to do it myself.
Shane PI've used U-Haul countless times over the past year, but today this store's arbitrary charges have made me extremely angry.
