Driver side door must be slammed to close properly and mirror wobbles as you reach 60mph. Also the problem is only during business hours can you rent from that location. So the keys are handed to you and turned back in to the people. They are not very thorough. Also the cost of driving mileage is super expensive. Only in an emergency would I rent again.

I would go to a company store next time, because I prefer a more seamless customer service experience. The suspension is so hard, every little crack or bump results in the truck shaking.. terrible experience! Additionally, the windows rattle when driving, and since there is no attendant, I didn't know who to inform.
Brian Tthere was a check engine light that came on during use. I called the location and the worker promised that someone from uhaul would call me back, and never did, despite me calling them twice. I had to do it myself.
Shane PI've used U-Haul countless times over the past year, but today this store's arbitrary charges have made me extremely angry.
