I would go to a company store next time, because I prefer a more seamless customer service experience. The suspension is so hard, every little crack or bump results in the truck shaking.. terrible experience! Additionally, the windows rattle when driving, and since there is no attendant, I didn't know who to inform.

there was a check engine light that came on during use. I called the location and the worker promised that someone from uhaul would call me back, and never did, despite me calling them twice. I had to do it myself.
