MICHAEL OThere was nobody here to check out the trailer by the time I got the app downloaded and things figured out I was charged another fee for the day. You should have the reps go through downloading the app before leaving with the trailer. I’m pissed that I was charged another day when I was on time with my return. But had to bumble my way through the app. And was charged another fee before finishing the drop off process.

ROBERT NThis was a easy process to get and return. As for myself I lost the key. Please be sure NOT to loose your key. Its 350.00 to replace however they didn't charge me and gave me a free day of rental as well. Great company and I would definitely recommend them. 10 stars
