I had problem with the transport the right side wheel lock when I applied brakes ? So I try to see wat was wrong with ur guys trailer couldn’t figure it out so I unplug it then wheel rolled freely

Wray SI was asked to pull a trailer for U-Haul for a discount and extra miles. When we got to the store to check in, everything I had already done on the app was gone. We had to go through the entire process again. Then, the system wasn’t registering the tow dolly I was asked to pull, and I tried to cancel it. After cancelling it, we went out to get the truck and were told to “take it anyway” and that it wouldn’t be a problem.
