The place I rented the U-Haul from the gentleman could not speak hardly any English he messed up my reservation he did not know how to fix it then he said it was you host fault that we were being overcharged and once we went to the U-Haul place in the location that we were dropping off that they would fix everything for us and it would be fine. When we dropped off at the U-Haul place I was not the case we were told we had to call the 1-800 number. Now I'm waiting for a manager to call me back

Hard to understand them. Rented a 6x12 trailer. Asked them to help me and they would not. The tong on the trailer is very heavy. even with a jack not easy at all. Will never go there again. Trailer pulled great. Will rent again. RDG
