The truck was dirty had Styrofoam pieces all in the back and there was all kinds of equipment still left in the back. The employees don't do walk arounds during check out or check in. They charge you for had even though you put gas in the truck and the manager is rude and hangs up on customers faces when confronted about it. She's probably the one stifling the gas.EDWINA B.
I was told the truck had less than 1/4 tank and that a note was being made in the file. I put enough gas in the truck to replace all I used unless the truck got less than 5 miles per gallon. I was still charged a $30 fee + charged for fuel.Jonathan B.

The person handling the transaction was excellent in presentation and proactive in nature. Very well received. The hidden issues was that while the van was only $29 my bill came out to over $70! Ouch! and not a good spend of money to travel 25 miles . The exorbitant per miles fee is a negative and huge surprise when renting.John M.

Wish I had gotten the woman's name who helped me, she really went out of her way on what was a busy morning and she appeared to be the only person working the front. Staff did a lovely job. The mobile access was painful and did not allow me access to the vehicle (yes I permitted location tracking on my browser). Ended up having to do a face-to-face and it all went smoothlyMEGAN P.

Be upfront about expectations, not making them feel criminal if renting for an extended amount of time. Submit invoice and work on disputes before closing the rental. Do as you say. When your employees tell a customer something, stand behind it and not acting like you suddenly have amnesia.Greg C.

You need to tell people that when they do an after hour drop it's considered the next day and it will be charged accordingly. I was extremely irritated to find that I was charged for a second day when I did an after hours drop. I was not told that this would happen or I would have gotten it back sooner in order to not be charged.Katherine D.

I left the truck at the site overnight because I didn't want to leave my personal vehicle there overnight (bad neighborhood). I had the manager call me up and berate me about ruining her display because I parked nose in. Keep in mind when I parked it there was 0 vehicles on the lot. She continued to berate me and demanded to know when I would be down to fix it. I hadn't even turned in the truck yet, I had planned on using it that morning. It was only there so my personal vehicle did not have to be (I have no help, I am one person and can't drive 2 vehicles at once). Made an good easy experience into a nightmare where I will likely look for a different location next time I rent even though this one is only about 1/4 mile from my house.KENNETH M.

The van was overall clean, however, it smelled really, really strong of cigarette smoke. There were a lot of ashes on the steering column, directly under the dash. The only thing missing from making it look like an ashtray were the cigarette butts. Other than that, renting from this location was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. When calling to report the cigarette smoke (we didn't want to be blamed for it), the person I spoke to was genuinely apologetic and made a note of it in our file. Clean the cab of the truck. Sanitize the steering wheel. I wiped the cab down before i pulled away and the yellow cloths were really filthy. Excellent customer service, though.JOEY L.

I had a trailer reserved at the N.E. Sandy blvd. location, it was not available for pickup , originally requested 10 am pickup - was moved to 1:30 pm ,trailer was still not available at 2pm,so I had to drive to the 122nd location ,which worked out well ,but put well behind loading my trailer on a 96 degree afternoon - thanks anyway I know it all comes down to folks returning equipment on time,your folks did their best and I appreciate that.Brooks K.

Make sure the equipment is available when customers say they're doing mobile checkin. I expected my truck to be available outside the gates since I had indicated on the reservation that I was doing mobile checkin. Instead I had to wait while you found the truck and then I had to wait while you typed things into your computer. Essentially you stole 20 minutes from my rental because you couldn't do your job.Ronald C.

The website pre-confirmation of vehicle towing capacity and usage is TERRIBLE!! It does not make sense, does not match the industry standards or match the information available to the average person on their hitch. You need to change the questions to be: Is your vehicle equipped with a flat 4 pole wiring connector? What CLASS hitch do you have? 1,I 2,II 3,III 4,IV What is the max trailer weight for your hitch? Mine says 5000 lbs. What is the maximum tongue weight for your hitch? Mine says 500 lbs. You should be able to streamline the prequalification if you can make this easier to use.
