I rented a storage unit and a uHaul from this facility and the guy at the counter told us "there's a drop box if you wanna drop your keys off after business hours". We came after business hours and the storage unit was closed. Where did he think we were going to put our stuff? I had to use twice the estimated miles because of his poor communication. The truck was dirty inside when I got it and they did not tell me to take pictures of the inside of the truck in person. I did not receive the text link to submit pictures of the truck until we were basically at our destination and by then the link was expired. I'm probably not using Uhaul again because of this experience.
Morgan LService was excellent, equipment was clean and in tip top shape, would highly recommend the 122nd Portland Oregon store.
