BRENDA HThe mobile application process is terrible, especially for the older cliental. Was NOT convenient at all. I would rather conduct business accordingly with a human being when it comes to that personal touch. Trent Kirian, at the Fostoria, OH, Findlay St. location is someone who knows what his is doing, and literally saved the day when it came to taking care of my needs!

Andrew GYour app sucks and it's not quick and easy. I had to wait for someone to help over the phone cause I couldn't get the app to work, then it was 45cmons before I finished.
MARY CEverything went well, the truck was clean, it did its job, the clerk was very polite and took great care of me but on the flip side i was charged an additional 57$ after returning the truck after my 3 day rental period in the same condition i received it in. Truck was clean, same amount of fuel back in as i received it so i dont understand the added charge.. only thing i can think of is milage, he asked me if i were to guess how many miles id be putting on the vehicle so i guessed without knowing the exact amount considering i was using it to move and not sure how many trips id need to take to get all my things from house A to house B... i went over my guessed milage by 40miles. The clerk assured me my milage wouldnt matter but apparently it did in the end so maybe try making people aware so thers no suprise additional charges later.

Guy KThe drop off was a better experience with one exception. The drop off location was not what I agreed to. It was quite a long ways away, and put me over the maximum allowed distance. I then was charged an additional $60 because of it!! I just am not happy with the experience last weekend to be honest.

Trent KHad a major issue with returning the trailer after hours. I first drove to the location I picked up the trailer (which was an alternative location) I then went online and logged in. The location that popped up was the first location I picked. Soooo I drove a few miles to the other location and started the return procedure. But on the next screen it said I was to be at the other location. What???? I returned the next day to the first location and started the process again, when it came to the screen to verify the trailer's cleanliness and asked to submit a picture. So I went outside to do so it already flipped to the next screen, not giving me a chance to submit the picture. In doing so it charge me a $15.00 "cleaning fee" upon check out. I will get my money back, they need to fix this issue. Or is it a scam?

SCOTT CTrent was very helpful both times. I was so stressed and he was just so calm and he worked with me on a last minute pick up as well as drop off. I would go straight to Trent again if ever a U-Haul needed.

CHANA BThe equipment was clean but the engine was shimmying (jerking) wasn't running correctly consumed 130 dollars to go from fostoria Ohio to Willard Ohio and back my cousin with MS rode with me and he even commented how horrible it was running and he was sorta sore after riding with me things happen but wasn't a good experience but will continue to use U-Haul ..... Robin SI was not told that if I turned the Uhaul truck a day early, I would not get a refund for turning in the vehicle in early. I only added the extra day so I could have the truck packed for my trip the day before leaving, so I would be well rested before traveling. I lost over $100 for nothing. Never will use your service ever again. I should have been told about how your service work and it should have been in writing on your agreement.

JACK NWe were very disappointed with age of our rental. I see advertised a newer quality trailer and one assigned to us had to be over 20 years or older. For the price and condition of trailer would not rent from uhaul again if that the type of product you provide.

Brian PHad to drive 20 minutes one way to pick up the u haul that I rented two weeks prior in the town I lived in. The only thing I got was 15 extra miles. The man was nice and polite though. He explained that if a place doesn’t have your uhaul it does to the next place that does.
Caitlin NAll went well at the facility however he said he was not a uhaul storage facility, only a uhaul truck rental.
