Never received a call the day before as promised so when I showed up at my preferred pickup location I paid twice as much as I expected. Gentleman at fostoria location was as helpful as he could've been. Frustrating experience

I was not told that if I turned the Uhaul truck a day early, I would not get a refund for turning in the vehicle in early. I only added the extra day so I could have the truck packed for my trip the day before leaving, so I would be well rested before traveling. I lost over $100 for nothing. Never will use your service ever again. I should have been told about how your service work and it should have been in writing on your agreement.

We were very disappointed with age of our rental. I see advertised a newer quality trailer and one assigned to us had to be over 20 years or older. For the price and condition of trailer would not rent from uhaul again if that the type of product you provide.

Had to drive 20 minutes one way to pick up the u haul that I rented two weeks prior in the town I lived in. The only thing I got was 15 extra miles. The man was nice and polite though. He explained that if a place doesn't have your uhaul it does to the next place that does.

my pickup location was changed 3 times within 24 hours of my pickup date. i had previously checked in online and prepaid. i'm not sure what the point of offering online check in, prepayments, and requested locations if i am not able to secure my check in location. i hope there is a more streamlined process for future customers.

Clean the windshield glass and better headlights. The bright lights were excellent but the regular headlights were not good at all.

Rude service. Very inconvenient. On their time did not care what you had going on. Mobile app did not work. All arrangements made on phone did not go as planned. When there was issues could not get a hold of anyone. Was charged more than what was agreed upon after spousal discount promises.

Truck was stupid expensive to rent, got horrible gas mileage, and was miserably uncomfortable to drive for 1200+ miles. Will not ever do it again. People were great to work with and were awesome making changes.

I would just say that the we checked the store hours online and so we went to the location an hour earlier than we were scheduled so we could get a head start on contract work and get moving yet no one as there. He was an extremely kind man hat helped us but I would say to update his hours online just so we would have known and not wasted our time arriving that early.

The gentleman at this location was very helpful in helping my husband unload the car from the dolly and unhooking the dolly and moving it further into the lot where we could not drive the moterhome.

The first thing is that my reservation was for 10am and no one showed until about 1015. When I called the number to see where the person was or if they were going to open the rep responded as if it were okay to be late. My time is valuable and I had a ten hour drive ahead of my that I did not want to delay any further. The person at the store smokes and it smelled like an old ashtray in the store and he continued to smoke while doing my contract.

Well to find out AFTER then rental took place that you do in fact accept competitors pricing would have been nice to know. We settled for a smaller truck then having to add 2 trailers to spend twice the money to be able to load everything. Compared to what Budget Rental would have charged would have been nice to save some money

I understand that it was not the location's issue, however, it was very frustrating and inconvenient when the truck I ordered was not available for hours after my scheduled time.

Trent was a great guy and I have no complaints about the service he provided. Especially given the circumstances we encountered because of U-Haul themselves. (Contract and verification that I received stated that my truck was due back at 12:00PM, 7/1/2017. I received a call stating that my truck was late at 10:00AM. To improve service, don't promise 48 hours if you will not allow for a 48 hours rental. I returned my truck at 11:30AM, which is 30 minutes before it's due time. Luckly, when I called in to address this issue, they were able to correct the error. I use U-Haul to avoid unwanted charges. This was ridiculous.)

This was not the location I ordered pick up at. I was told the location I ordered had no trucks this size. One and a half hours lately we were at the original ordered location and two trucks our ordered size were on the lot. We had to go 18 additional miles out of our way that morning.

I requested to pick up the truck in Tiffin. x3 I was assured of this. When I went to pick it up I was informed I had to go to Fostoria causing me added expenses and time. I was not the happy person.

I was asked if I wanted to purchase insurance when I picked up the truck. I made a point to say NO. When I went back to the location after using the truck, I was charged $14 for insurance. They told me that it automatically added it on the computer and when that happens they aren't able to change it. He gave me an 800 number to call to try to get my money back. I am very disappointed and will let everyone know not to do business with them.

Love the service man that rented us the U-Haul was very polite and very nice I would recommend this U-Haul in Fostoria oh to all my friends and family

The worker at this location smokes. This is very offensive to a non smoker to walk in the shop and everything smells of cigarettes. Then the worker comes out of the back office smoking while checking us out. We also had reserved an appliance cart. When we arrived for pick up we were told it was given to someone else and we would have to go to another location to get one. After truck was returned we were charged for going over the miles after we were sent out of our way to get equipment that should have been there for us.

The 4X8 trailer seemed a bit old; however it did the job transporting my goods over 600 miles. The hitch was installed within the time frame given and I even was able to call ahead and got in sooner than first scheduled. I was also able to pick up my reservation before the appointed time which abled me to begin my travels ahead of time. The woman who assisted me at the Rockville, MD location was knowledgeable and assisted in the arrangement of hitch instillation and rental all at once even between the two different locations. The drop off center in Fostoria, Ohio was also great, efficent, and knowledgeble. I would not hesitate to rent from Uhaul again and would recommend uhaul services in the future.

Rented quite a bit from Trent super nice guy great to deal with Only thing that would be nice is if trailers had a v shaped nose or more rounded front do not get any descent mileage even with the 4x8 drops my mileage from 22 to about 14 to 15 on highyway loaded or empty Could not be happier otherwise with Trent or uhaul

The reservation process is what is horrible. I was to receive a call if rhe pickuo location changed. Never got a call, showed up to original location with nothing for me, the women are rude at ur 800 number. Lost 2 hours of work because i never got a call about the location change. Uhauls fault !
