I was not told that if I turned the Uhaul truck a day early, I would not get a refund for turning in the vehicle in early. I only added the extra day so I could have the truck packed for my trip the day before leaving, so I would be well rested before traveling. I lost over $100 for nothing. Never will use your service ever again. I should have been told about how your service work and it should have been in writing on your agreement.

We were very disappointed with age of our rental. I see advertised a newer quality trailer and one assigned to us had to be over 20 years or older. For the price and condition of trailer would not rent from uhaul again if that the type of product you provide.

There needs to be a way to check in on the 24/7 mobile easier. Maybe you need to have the customer check in earlier than the day of.

Had to drive 20 minutes one way to pick up the u haul that I rented two weeks prior in the town I lived in. The only thing I got was 15 extra miles. The man was nice and polite though. He explained that if a place doesn't have your uhaul it does to the next place that does.

my pickup location was changed 3 times within 24 hours of my pickup date. i had previously checked in online and prepaid. i'm not sure what the point of offering online check in, prepayments, and requested locations if i am not able to secure my check in location. i hope there is a more streamlined process for future customers.

Clean the windshield glass and better headlights. The bright lights were excellent but the regular headlights were not good at all.

Rude service. Very inconvenient. On their time did not care what you had going on. Mobile app did not work. All arrangements made on phone did not go as planned. When there was issues could not get a hold of anyone. Was charged more than what was agreed upon after spousal discount promises.

Truck was stupid expensive to rent, got horrible gas mileage, and was miserably uncomfortable to drive for 1200+ miles. Will not ever do it again. People were great to work with and were awesome making changes.

I would just say that the we checked the store hours online and so we went to the location an hour earlier than we were scheduled so we could get a head start on contract work and get moving yet no one as there. He was an extremely kind man hat helped us but I would say to update his hours online just so we would have known and not wasted our time arriving that early.

The first thing is that my reservation was for 10am and no one showed until about 1015. When I called the number to see where the person was or if they were going to open the rep responded as if it were okay to be late. My time is valuable and I had a ten hour drive ahead of my that I did not want to delay any further. The person at the store smokes and it smelled like an old ashtray in the store and he continued to smoke while doing my contract.
