When I ordered my truck I wanted to pick up at a location next to my house. When I showed up there they said it wasn't there. I checked my email and it says it was changed to a place some 20-25 miles away. So, I picked it up there and used it for Saturday and asked for extension till 5 on Sunday. At least I thought it was 5, as when I showed up it was 4:50 and everyone was gone. Checked email again and it said they close at 4, and so I had to drive back home, and back next day. At least 2 if not 4 extra 20 mile trips. If I could get a $50 credit for mileage I would feel a lot better, as now I feel like I was fooled into driving further to get and drop off my truck.Brent M.

I ended up using the truck for over 200 miles and felt very unsafe with the truck, nearly all tires were bald and the inside cabin was filthy with dirt/dust and smelled very strongly of cigarettes. Also, the back of truck smelled very strongly of marijuana, so after moving all my mother in laws home, all her fabrics and furniture now have a strong odor of a skunk marijuana smell. Was already not happy that I booked for a one way and then only an in town truck was available, but then the truck I did get was not very good. Hope they don't keep this vehicle on the road. Please get back to me and I can send some photos I took of the truck. Thank you.JUSTIN C.

The back of the truck was not even swept. There were small pieces of marijuana all through the back of the truck and the whole back of the truck smelled like it. The cab of the truck smelled like cigarettes and was not very clean either.john Z.

Well i requested 24 hours rental and when i went to pick it up they changed the hours i wanted from 430 to 430 they changed it to 430 till 3 and told me if i didnt get it back they would charge me for another day that messed me upWilliam L.

first change the location in which I was supposed to pick up the truck without my approval. Then The windshield was missing the trim on the driver's side! You wouldn't notice it with just a walking around the truck. It wasn't until we were on the freeway that to her the slapping on the top of the cab! We were already aware didn't make the repairs and the truck was rented out to me! The noise was loud and very scary!Kim B.

We picked up the trailer in Palmdale at this location prior to this we were supposed to get it in Chatsworth but they did not have her trailer when we needed it we had to go out of our way to Palmdale we got the trailer the trailer was filthy inside urine everywhere we had to bring it home and clean it for two hours before we could load it not happy about this at all we should be compensated for our long drive to get the trailer and having to clean it Susan dragooGary D.
Reserved a truck at another site in quartz Hill day of pickup 30 minutes prior call to confirm the truck was there representative said that that truck was double booked and her manager said not to call and notify me, had to call U-Haul and they found me another truck three cities away had to drive 30 minutes to pick up the truck which cost me more mileage than was expected to pay. At the time of the reservation the customer service representative was extremely rude and hung up on me.RONALD L.

I had a great customer service on the location, the vehicle was in great shape and clean. The only this , I will recommend as customer is by improving your system to have available unit for the customer . I made a reservation for certain hour and later received a phone call that unit that I required is not available . on-line reservations was available the size unit , I needed , it wasn't available.RICARDO P.

The guy was super entitled and not helpful at all. Said one thing that he could help us and then by the time we got there, he was saying other things and belittling me and my partner. Well my experience was waiting on a tow dolly for 5 hours because they gave my two dolly to another customer when they email me saying they had all my equipment ready for pickup and I did not get paperwork when I went to the door the owner was locking up and told me that they were close and to pull my truck out side the gateDarlene W.

The trucks do not appear to be sanitized, they are damaged. They did not have the dolly requested, nor did they have blankets, and they did not seem to care. Very disappointing. Also, the website gave me one quote which turned out to be way less than what I was charged. Very DisappointedDANIELLE H.

Properly check the equipment when it leaves, and when it comes back. If something is damaged put it off commission till it's safe to use. I rented a open trailer today and I had to stop 3 times to tighten the lock bolt on the trailers hitch connection part. Someone prior to me must of bent it with a hammer to super tighten it... Not a safe or pleasant experiance this time...Eduardo C.

This was my first time at this location. Excellent personnels, Great Customer Service. The person who conne ted the trailer to our truck was very helpful. We were forced to drive 5 miles to another dealer. Because the one we had reserved truck at didn't have the truck we had reserved. So we got charged for 10 Extra miles at $1.09 per mile and it was their mistake. No I'm sorry no we will credit you the 10 miles. Nothing but an business name. No address or directions.
