The trailer was great except the rolling door kept getting jammed and made it almost impossible to use it.

cesar is most considerate rep; pleasant to work w/ & accommodating. he treats customers w/ respect & assists whenever possible. i was running late returning truck; contacted the office & (even tho busy) he was kind to me; not impatient. i was already overstressed just trying to complete the project & his understanding helped to ease my angst... makes huge difference when treated respectfully [thx, cesar!], continued blessings! 🙏🏾 [truck needed maintenance work, i.e., brakes were bad & transmission slipping hence equipment rating]
