Received the unit on empty was told it had 1/16 of gas it had nothing we barely made it togas station.

Michael RThe guys working there are super friendly and helpful. It was worth the extra drive when my reservation got moved. The only thing that I wasn’t thrilled about is when the truck I requested got kept longer and I was offered a bigger truck is that I lost my mileage discount from the first area scheduler. According to the second one I talked to, he didn’t notate it so I couldn’t get the same rate back. But the location itself was great.
Carissa Clast truck rented few months ago had brakes issue & this vehicle had no A/C for summertime, triple-digit, desert heat (blew hot air) & it was unclean enough that i cleaned it before departing on my trek. plus, gas tank was on 1/4 tank so had to buy gas before getting on the road - a pain N butt. of course, returned truck w/ more gas than 1/4 tank [actually, half] so i lost 🤑 but it was better than being penalized for gas level (wish full tank was still the requirement!)
