last truck rented few months ago had brakes issue & this vehicle had no A/C for summertime, triple-digit, desert heat (blew hot air) & it was unclean enough that i cleaned it before departing on my trek. plus, gas tank was on 1/4 tank so had to buy gas before getting on the road - a pain N butt. of course, returned truck w/ more gas than 1/4 tank [actually, half] so i lost 🤑 but it was better than being penalized for gas level (wish full tank was still the requirement!)

The trailer was great except the rolling door kept getting jammed and made it almost impossible to use it.
Leilani Gcesar is most considerate rep; pleasant to work w/ & accommodating. he treats customers w/ respect & assists whenever possible. i was running late returning truck; contacted the office & (even tho busy) he was kind to me; not impatient. i was already overstressed just trying to complete the project & his understanding helped to ease my angst... makes huge difference when treated respectfully [thx, cesar!], continued blessings! 🙏🏾 [truck needed maintenance work, i.e., brakes were bad & transmission slipping hence equipment rating]
