First of all you could make sure that the place you redirect me to is opened on the day I reserved pickup for at another location. Due to your piss poor operation I had to pick my rental up a day earlier than needed and therefore had it sit dormant for a wasted 24hrs of rental. Then I had to leave early and rush like hell to get the equipment returned by the due time the one day I used it.The location I dropped off at was an hour drive away from where I unloaded and I drove past a drop off point in Farmerville LA to get to West Monroe. The guy running the "Hindu Head Shop" quick stop/gas station didn't know what to do and had to call someone who took delivery over the phone. This location was chosen by the place I picked up the trailer which was not the place I had originally set up for pick up. I blame neither of the locations for U-hauls inadequacy that resulted in a wasted day of rental.

Next time, please be sure to include the dolly in the truck before rental. I did not receive the dolly to use, even though I paid for it.

It had two empty food boxes in the truck 😫 so I would definitely do more of a detailed cleaning.

The manager need to learn how to talk to people and just because some people rob yall with money don’t mean everybody else will. Because she was making seem like i didn’t have money like i was trynna rob yall nd wasn’t yall need to have a good talk with her about how to treat other people

I was charged for an extra day of rental when I dropped it off no one was available to check me in. And I was less than an hour after the “3 day” window due at 10:30 and dropped off at 11:15. I rent from uhaul all the time and never had this happen. I will definitely take my business elsewhere in the future

I had a great experience dealing with this location and would be the only location I'd deal with in the future. The lady at the desk that I delt with was extremely nice and kind and made me feel extremely comfortable. Four Seasons Self Storage/Uhaul Rentals is the best!

The 4X8 trailer was perfect equipment for my journey. The office personnel were extremely professional. The hookup was done with the upmost care. For my Uhaul needs I will do business with this store again. I highly recommend Uhaul and this store.

I reserved the pickup at a different location but UHaul changed it to Four Seasons. This location was not convenient, and the manager was not very friendly. The inside of the cab was disgusting. Someone had spilled a drink but it was certainly pointed out to me to make sure the truck was returned clean. I don't think she even looked at this truck before she rented it to me.

I got evicted because me and the manger got into a verbal disagreement . She accused me of lying about being a tenant. I was using the dumpster when she approached me and told me it was for customer only , I informed her I was a customer , she didn’t believe me and it went left after insulting me . She definitely need to be train on professionalism.

The lady who was there when I initially rented the storage was very professional at all times. I was very disappointed when my storage was broken into and told there were no interior cameras. This appeared to have happened once the initial lady left.
