Dolaine M. at Four Seasons Storage in Sorrento, La was absolutely horrible towards me. I’m not sure if she was on something but she acted like she was. She belittled me and made me feel like I was stupid because I wanted to know why the mileage was calculated the way it was. She hung up in my face 4 times. Over 100 miles with going down the street is horrendous. Honestly, U-Haul is a scam and this particular location seems scammy . I wouldn’t recommend this location to a dog nor horse. Jacob however was really nice when I first rented the truck. He deserves a promotion but Dolaine should be fired or work in the back .. she do not deserve to be around customers because she lacks customer service. I will never ever recommend uhaul to anyone. I will never ever use this fraudulent company again!
