Alexander C1. Hours of operation are limited. 2. Took almost 1 hour to check out the vehicle on a Friday morning. Not location fault, but was a company issue. Owner at location said this happens all the time. This should not happen. 3. When returning the vehicle, the process was not as stringent as when picking up the vehicle. Was told 4 things to do (park legally, ensure gas tank was returned to prior level, lock vehicle, secure rental accessories in vehicle (dolly, blankets, etc.)) There was no mention of after photos, mileage or fuel check, etc. 4. The next day, I received a text message reminding me to "check in" for my rental the next day. Apparently, the reservation got changed from a 1 day rental to a 3 day rental. I attempted to call the 800# as my rental location was closed due to limited hours on Saturday, and was told by the agent that they would have to verify the vehicle was returned. They attempted to call the location, but again, was unsuccessful because of their limited hours. Overall, not happy with the location experience or the rental process. Best thing was the truck.

RAY KI got a quote for $109 with the insurance included at that price. I returned the equipment early and full tank. I had zero damage. Everything back. And they charged me $231. I will never use another U-Haul. Period. And will let everyone know they are liars and cheats.

JOSEPH HRental equipment items that I paid for were not on the truck - I contacted their help support department and I am still unsure if I paid an extra $14.00 dollars for dolly's that I didn’t get to use.
MARLENE MWhile the van seemed well- maintained, was brand new, and ran well, the exterior and interior was dirty and looked like it hadn't been washed in months. It served our purpose but needed attention to cleanliness. Great location was the main reason I rented here.

Sameh Treturned the truck with the same amount of gas and still got a charge for gas of 5 gallons which equaled to 28 dollars. I reached out to UHAL and got no response. definitely will not be using UHAL ever again.
JULIO CThe app was very difficult to use and needs to be improved. We had to keep retaking pics of the vehicle and even had to start over after nearly completing the task. It was frustrating and took way too long to return the truck. Also, the exterior of our truck was dirty when we picked it up and then we were charged a cleaning charge when we dropped it off.

ROBERT MThere was no one at the location when we arrived within business hours to pickup the van. We had to call multiple times to get someone on the phone and meet us at their location. They didn't go over the van with us or point out the gas level. When we started driving it we noticed the paperwork had the gas marked as FULL but there was already 1 notch missing (8/9ths full) and we dropped to 7/9ths after driving for 10 miles - They marked that we had to return it full which cost me more gas than we actually used. The trucks and vans are all unwashed, dirty. The inside is fine, the van itself was high end, reverse camera, good air con. Drove well. The checkout experience on the app is long and tiresome.

Jay PThe truck ride was bumpy, as if there were problems with the shock absorbers. In fact my lower back hurts a bit from driving the truck some five hours a day in two successive days. Maybe that is the way these trucks are supposed to ride, I do not know. But I know I drove one of your trucks one size smaller than the last one from Montgomery, AL to Yorba Linda CA a couple of years ago in three and half days but didn't feel a pain in my lower back.

Roni RApp was extremely hard to use and due to poor cell reception at facility took almost an hour to pick up truck. Multiple calls to customer service. A lot of existing damage and other damage without “x”. Customer service was not a lot of help. I got lucky as I walked around got good reception and the charge when through. Truck was extremely loud, muffler seemed to be missing or exhaust leak. Would go to a U-Haul location to save the head ache next time. Understand that if the app and the interface, customer service was better this would be a great option.
