First off, the kid I spoke to (some Arab kid about 20 years old, did not have a uniform or name tag) only checked if my left turn signal light worked. I had to get my friend to check my brake lights and right turn signal. On the way back, one of the fuses shorted out for the right turn signal so it was blinking really fast. When I got there, the doors were locked and the lights off at the place so I had to remove the Uhaul myself. Never coming back to this location again. The only positive thing is the kid was polite when speaking to me.

Overall it was fine, good truck and easy location. Main problem was timing. Got reservation for 830 am pickup, was called day before saying it wouldn’t be available until 9 because the store isn’t open yet and truck wouldn’t be ready. Get there at 9 and store doesn’t open until 930. Call and told it should be open at 9 but can do self-checkout, which the call the day before implied I couldn’t. At least was able to do that and get to work, but definitely added anxiety and delays to start the move.

Hans PWhen someone places an order for furniture pads, make sure that the furniture pads are in the truck, if they aren’t, then don’t charge for them.
Jim BMy only comment is that the mobile check in app is extremely difficult to use because it is glitchy and it took me almost 45 minutes to do the mobile check in which wasted a lot of my time. If the app improves then it is useful, but it was a very frustrating experience for me.
