CHRISTOPHER MTerrible location - I paid for dolly but location does not rent dollies so I had to go to another whole damn town to rent one then there were none, so I had to buy and EXPENSIVE dolly from UHAUL I feel like I was bated and switched by U-Haul. Pick up location has not even made it to 2024 with their archaic computer systems. Although rep was nice it is a terrible location and only one truck available. The wait to pick it up through her computer issues was well over an hour and made me miss hours of work just attempting to pick it up!

Pros: Cargo van was comfortable to drive Items did not slide on the floor Sunday drop off and the key went in the drop box. Very convenient. Would rent again Cons: The van's interior was dirty. I had to vacuum the interior before we drove on our trip. The facility only had three moving blankets to rent. I requested more. Limited cargo van availability in my area.

Rahim RI really have no complaints. From checking out the vehicle to turning it in, the employees were courteous and professional. Upon checking out the vehicle, it was not washed inside or cleaned inside, but that was acknowledged by the rental employee. No penalties were incurred against me as a result. Vehicle drove great and I had a successful move. Thank you U-Haul!!

titi aIt’s a rip-off. 3 hours for about $60 to move a desk across town. The truck bed was filled with water and dirty. We paid less for the desk than we paid to borrow a truck to move the desk.
