Items did not slide on the floor
Sunday drop off and the key went in the drop box. Very convenient.

The van's interior was dirty. I had to vacuum the interior before we drove on our trip.
The facility only had three moving blankets to rent. I requested more.
Limited cargo van availability in my area.

I really have no complaints. From checking out the vehicle to turning it in, the employees were courteous and professional. Upon checking out the vehicle, it was not washed inside or cleaned inside, but that was acknowledged by the rental employee. No penalties were incurred against me as a result. Vehicle drove great and I had a successful move. Thank you U-Haul!!

It's a rip-off. 3 hours for about $60 to move a desk across town. The truck bed was filled with water and dirty. We paid less for the desk than we paid to borrow a truck to move the desk.
