Poor equipment not well maintained, not clean, not gassed up. When we returned it, there was illegal activity going on in the parking lot, so clearly not a good area. We cleaned it up. Returned it in better condition than when we got it. Put more gas in it than when we got it. And they're trying to charge us an extra $320 on top of the money that we already paid and we paid too much as it was because we had to put a deposit down. We didn't do anything other than go from bonaire to Perry then back out to where the church is. There's no way that they need to charge us three hundred and twenty dollars on top of the money we already put down. 100% fraud, and they've tried to charge several different amounts probably 15 different times and we're not going to pay because we've already overpaid. Their fraud was already reported. The bank isn't gonna allow to happen and we had proof of what we have to say contract receipts and everything. They should have refunded money, not taken more money. They're trying to charge us four times what we're supposed to pay. This place isn't a church, its run down and just a bunch of crooks now. I wouldn't recommend using this place to my enemy.. we use several other locations before and never had problems like this.

My order was changed several times to different locations without my knowledge or permission. Causing me to use extra mileage than I would have if my pick up location was where I originally requested. I’m very disappointed in the customer service that I received and the constant runaround that I had to experience. I will never use U-Haul again.

The 5x9 ramp trailer is excellent for many different jobs and has served me well on many occasions. The hookup and checks done prior to leaving gave extra peace of mind.

Work on your app process.. your 24/7 app sucks.. glad there was a person on property that was able to help process my order and when I did the return same issue with your app this time no one was there to help so I just had to trust the process

Don't change the customers equipment to a smaller equipment I had reserved a 26 foot truck that got changed at the last minute to a 10 foot truck unacceptable

Well my first reservations was poor. I had a reservation with the 108 n 4th st Warner robins location. I put in for a cargo van. Well 2 days before I called to see it my husband could pick it up cause I had to get a biopsy that morning and they said that was fine. Well when he arrived they told him that the van had yet to be back. Then they found out that the other occupants had dropped off in another location and that they had rented it out to someone else. So I was unable to get that van so my reservations was no guaranteed. They then sent my reservations to the 4 winds location and they only had the truck so i really had no choice but to get it cause i had to get my child to school by 2pm in Savannah. I spent more gas money then I usually do in the van. So I need someone to call me on my experience and will I get 50 dollars back since my first reservations was not meant. The 4 winds location was perfect and had no issues. Just the first one.

It was a weird semi fenced in area at a church on Sunday with no apparent office. Do I just leave it here in the Parking lot? Will someone steal the trailer when I leave? Is this really the drop off location as there are no U Haul signs anywhere? Oh, there's another UHaul trailer and the maps say this is it. Desolate place. Not inviting. Took the safety off of my firearm.

I rented for 2 days and the location changed it for a few hours without telling me then proceeded to bombard my phone with not so nice messages demanding the rental back. Never renting from that location again.
