I placed order for a tow Dolly online when I arrived I found a bunch of u hauls and a furniture store with no clear directions on where to go, ten minutes later a man came out of the furniture store and asked if I needed help. This problem could easily and cheaply be fixed by providing signage and , or a bell and with the amount of u hauls trucks that are there probably be a good investment. Check in was fine but I noticed smoke coming from the trailers tires when I was driving through town 30mph the truck I was hauling was a small sized Dakota with the drive shaft disconnected, so wasn’t over loaded. I wasn’t far from the furniture store so I unloaded the truck and felt the axel of the trailer which was extremely hot, took it back and told them about issue, and the metallic dust all over rim. I would recommend the place only because they have a lot of inventory, and the guy who helped me was good.👍

MIKE CFowler's Furniture is the BEST U-Haul pickup location I have ever used. Everyone was really helpful and even helped me save money by finding a trailer that was a better fit for my needs. Even though this location may be out of the way for me in the future, I really would drive out of my way to use their location because it was so much better.

BRADLEY BWhen asked for a 10 ft truck....don't acknowledge it...quote a 19.99 a day. Then charge more for a 15 ft.....because you don't have 10 ft. Uhaul is expensive enough as it is....rental fees...taxes....gas....per mile.........it's like everything these days.....too e pensive! I'm sorry....but it's a rental ....use of a truck...in town... my recommendation is solely on the fact of convenience of location. It's not easy to get moving. The store doesn't open til 10....and I'm not renting a truck for an extra day just so I have it the morning...early...of moving day.

MARETTA CDid not receive the van i request got a smaller one. The van was dirty and windows was filthy plus it smelt like cat urine, I Had to clean the van myself so we could use it for the weekend. Very disappointed. Called Uhaul myself and all they could do was say they where Sorry. And nothing else. I'll never rent from UHaul again for my moving needs.
