Saturday the app server was extremely slow to the point I was ready for a refund but the man in the office helped me. He explained to me how Saturday is very busy. This needs to be fixed because I lost 45 mins of my time on the rental due to this issue.
Ronald JVery friendly and helpful staff. They examined the truck upon return and had us on our way very quickly. Very pleased with both pickup and drop off locations. Moving is never fun, so having a pleasant experience with U-Haul made it so much easier.
