melisa hThis was the worse experience I’ve ever had with Uhaul and unfortunately I’ve used them a lot due to relocating. The truck I picked up was dirty with dog hair all inside. The truck they gave me was already damaged on the bottom and sides. I purchased a utility dolly that was not in the truck. They told me I had to drive 30 min to the other nearest uhaul place to pick one up and I wouldn’t get my money back if I didn’t. I wasn’t able to go get it I had to take my kids an hour away to a relative just so I could move without them being bothered. I had no dolly and I had a dirty truck. Then, they charged me a cleaning fee and I was told it was because I put the dog hair was in there and it was dirty. That was when I received the truck I didn’t do that to have to pay for it. It was a nightmare. Moving was terrible but this was a nightmare and although I’ve used them so many other times before, I will never again due to how bad this experience was. I spoke to customer service so many times due to the existing issues, the dolly then the issue returning the uhaul.
