Fowler's Furniture is the BEST U-Haul pickup location I have ever used. Everyone was really helpful and even helped me save money by finding a trailer that was a better fit for my needs. Even though this location may be out of the way for me in the future, I really would drive out of my way to use their location because it was so much better.

When asked for a 10 ft truck....don't acknowledge it...quote a 19.99 a day. Then charge more for a 15 ft.....because you don't have 10 ft. Uhaul is expensive enough as it is....rental fees...taxes....gas....per mile.........it's like everything these days.....too e pensive! I'm sorry....but it's a rental ....use of a truck...in town... my recommendation is solely on the fact of convenience of location. It's not easy to get moving. The store doesn't open til 10....and I'm not renting a truck for an extra day just so I have it the morning...early...of moving day.

Did not receive the van i request got a smaller one. The van was dirty and windows was filthy plus it smelt like cat urine, I Had to clean the van myself so we could use it for the weekend. Very disappointed. Called Uhaul myself and all they could do was say they where Sorry. And nothing else. I'll never rent from UHaul again for my moving needs.
