The van drove and handled very nice. My only complaint is it wasn't wiped down and clean inside and smelled of cigarettes really bad. 100Â° days but I had to drive with the windows down. Wish you offered smoke free vehicles. I have breathing issues and awaiting some surgery relating to that so a 5 hour trip in a ash tray wasn't pleasant. Otherwise it was a reasonable price and did the job.Dwight T.

The location and people were very nice. The website was inaccurate. I had reserved the 17 foot truck , with confirmation. When I got there only 12 foot truck was available. Unfortunately I did not have time to look around for the one I needed and had to settle for the 12-foot truck. Which was not enough for a one trip pick up of all items. Will have to rent yet once again, to complete moving needs.Gail M.
My experience with the team at Fowler's was top-notch. And they made a rather frustrating day a lot better! Having said that, I would not recommend renting from UHaul to anyone. I reserved my truck several days in advance. When I went to pick it up at the designated location, they did not have a truck for me and offered no assistance in helping me find another. When I called UHaul, they were not helpful. The customer service rep was polite but never offered to help me locate another truck. When she checked my reservation, the information she had, indicated that I was supposed to pick the truck up at another location. A location that I had never heard of. MY SISTER called Fowler's and, luckily, they had a truck available. I don't know what type of system UHaul uses for reservations, but it sucks!!!Lynette J.
