KENNETH SThe U haul customer service representative repeatedly resisted doing her job. Only after demanding her help several times did she offer to call the location. She couldn’t reach them. I provided her another number to call them. The auto shop location’s employee (Bud) is the only hero that saved this situation.

Dorris hNot much space to park truck and as I was coming back to Thomaston Ga 30286 I saw two more U-Haul location so I could have dropped the truck off in Thomaston and not have to drive to Barnesville which was 17 miles away.

STEPHEN BYou can tell customers when they book/reserve a U-Haul rental that it is 24/7 location and NO ONE WILL BE THERE AT PICKUP. to assist and the keys will be locked in a box that requires a code. This location is a remote area with little service. We had to access the help desk line while under a tight timeframe. We were NOT the only people having problems with getting a rental. Get the computer geeks out of the process and deal with people face—to-face. This process is totally absurd!

JAYESHKUMAR PI was given this location after the first location I went to was found the vehicle had not been properly checked in? This was another 1.5 hours away from the first location. The whole load out day was a wash.
Erik SWas a great truck , only thing was someone prior to me had been smoking in it as they left lighter in it and sand and ash on floor it it. Besides this everyone was a great experience and easy to handle thanks to everyone.
Paul DThe woman who processed my trailer return was very helpful. As far as the return experience goes, some signage and perhaps easier access to the drop off area would improve this location, particularly when it is not staffed.

WILLIAM HOrdered furniture pads, received two dollys one of which I did not order but was charged for. No office on site to get missing pads.

Michael BI received the vehicle with low air in the rear outer driver's side tire. Called them back and they said: contact U-Haul,com/Help which is what I did and the Team came to my house and and replaced the tire twice.

Tim FThe condition of the truck was pretty awful. Dog hair all over inside, smelled like a dead mouse inside of the truck -sickening smell for a 10 hour drive. However, the customer service of the rental location was great. Uhaul's website seemed to be down when I was picking up the truck on a Saturday morning and the Uhaul customer service phone number had over an hour wait time so the owner of the autobody shop came in and manually completed the pickup information so I wouldn't waste all my time waiting on Uhaul to fix the bug on the website. Uhaul should have a contingency plan for that - emergency customer service phone reps as soon as you know the website is broken, especially on a Saturday when nobody is around to help.

Mark HCouldn’t really talk to a live person due to location being closed, there wasn’t a contact number to call outside the1- 800 number, I had trouble finding this location (they have two) .. what I thought would be simple and quick .. turned out to be 40 minutes long .

Steve HIts not the rental places fault. They were very easy to work with but uhaul should consider replacing the car hauler the jack on the trailer broke on me during use
JONATHAN AHave better communication where the “ball isn’t dropped” and where there is not a four hour delay for the customer. Maybe be a little more apologetic and compensate with the truck rental fee as I didn’t even have the truck for 24 hours because of the delay.
Susan LThe way U-Haul handled this rental was criminal. I reserved the truck that I would pick up 5 minutes from my home several days early. Then 30 minutes before I was to pick up the truck, I received a call telling me that I had to pick up truck 40 miles and a hour away. It took me almost 2 hours to get truck and get back. This is why the loaders had to wait over an hour for me. Then when I turned the truck in, the charge was 50.00 more than the price I received when I reserved the truck online. Your entire system is a bait and switch. I did not pick up of turn in the truck in the location I was given on line. I am very dissatisfied!

RODNEY RMy experience was horrible, no one checked identification, no one was there at the location to walk me through the process and where to find the key. I called multiple times and whoever answered the phone had no clue what was going on or how to help me in any way. They called two days later and asked if I ever picked the truck up... Thank God I'm an honest person. Now I have four pending charges on my credit card. This whole experience was a disaster Ill never rent another uhaul.

CRAIG WTalk about WOW. There was an issue with the truck at 10.30 PM (I was picking up the truck via the app) and the owner of the business came in the pouring rain to help me get going! WOW - I thought service like that died in the 1970's. I hope this owner gets this Thank You and knows I am very appreciative !!!
