You can tell customers when they book/reserve a U-Haul rental that it is 24/7 location and NO ONE WILL BE THERE AT PICKUP. to assist and the keys will be locked in a box that requires a code. This location is a remote area with little service. We had to access the help desk line while under a tight timeframe. We were NOT the only people having problems with getting a rental. Get the computer geeks out of the process and deal with people face—to-face. This process is totally absurd!
