Uhaul gave the reserved truck away two days before the reservation pickup. The associate was late for pickup time. Didn't do a vehicle walk-through on pickup to check for damage. Somewhere along the way the associate mixed up the reservation number and it didn't match with the drop-off location's records, which resulted in the drop off location calling and saying we were a day late on the return and didn't have record of us dropping it off (even though we had returned it 2 days early). Very friendly service, but seemed a little disordered.Rachel T.

First of all it was very confusing because I wasn't aware that I had to reserve on my phone after I already reserved with the business. It was so inconvenient to have to get a code, pictures of the truck answered all the questions that I already was asked from the business. It took 2 1/2 hours to get the code to work too get the lock off once the code worked, then answered 40 questions at 7:30 at night and take the pictures. I would think if the business already had the truck they could take the pictures. And because it was so confusing I have been charged the 1st time from the business $51.21 and I got charged a 2nd time for $54.54. I would appreciate that the $ 54.54 be reimbursed to my acct since I only rented 1 truck.John K.

The U-Haul dealer we picked the truck up from was very hard to work with. We had scheduled our pick up for 7am with the phone check in and was told when we arrived there to get the truck that we couldn't pick it up until 8am. He was very rude about it. Then we spent an hour with customer service trying to get everything figured out to receive our truck. We got our keys and was told to move our personal car immediately or it would be towed. This was said before we were even able to see the U-Haul truck. The guy who gave us our U-Haul keys was very disrespectful and unprofessional in the way he spoke to us and by the way he dressed. I will never rent from Franks Tires of Beebe ar for a U-Haul again. The truck was dirty when we picked it up also. Overall awful experience.Tiffany C.

The worker ran my card multiple times and it charged me $500 extra. So my dad tried to pay and it took an extra $600 from him on top of the $400 U-Hauljackson S.

I was told to me at the location at 8am to pick the truck up. Nobody was there and when she finally showed up she said I don't start till 9. So, I had to wait until 9am to try and get my truck. Then when going to pay she couldn't take cash and I had to go put money on a card for it not once but twice because she ended up charging me a 100 dollar deposit. It took me 2 hours just to get the truck. Also, the place is not a very well taken care of place. I was about to afraid to even go inside there.Joshua T.

I dropped on the trailer around 11:00 pm on the July 28th and spoke with the owner (?) who was still at the business. He advised he would check it in to the system in the morning, which he apparently did. Uhaul did not send me a notification that it was turned in until today August 6th. I am not complaining because I assumed if you thought I still had it you would of contacted me before now. I would of thought I would of received a notice that the trailer was returned a little sooner than eight days later.Johnny R.

People in Beebe were very nice and polite the truck Had things in it from the last person that rented it . the truck shook and vibrated the whole way to Rocky comfort could not even see clearly in mirrors could be tires out of balance and had to drive 57 miles to pickup the truck in Beebe ar when Stuttgart should have been open but they're never openGreg C.

The person in charge was not there and no one knew what was going on there. I never even received a contract or signed one. I had no proof I even rented the equipment.Shannon H.

The location is a tire store. As such, it isn't perfect for uhaul. That said, the lady that handled our rental was very nice and took care of us as quickly as the computer would allow.Autumn W.
Coupler bolt was/is rusted. Inside of trailer had some small pieces of trash on floor and pieces of cut rope along the side. When hooking up the trailer, the gentleman was not going to cross the chains underneath the hitch. When I said, "Please cross the chains," he responded, "It doesn't really matter." I insisted that the chains be crossed and explained to him that this allows them to catch the tongue of the trailer should it become disconnected for some reason.Michael M.
