Franks is a small shop. It may not be a pristine place with bottled water. But I just needed a uhaul and someone who could help me get one. Lynette has helped me before so I chose to drive a few miles extra to use her again. Well worth it. Will do it again when needed. She has the experience and patience to get what you need if it can be done. I had a positive experience both times . She even walked me through a mess that another office had scheduled backwards several months ago. How that guy did that, I dont know but he did. Maybe he was having as bad a day as mine that particular day . Lol. Just try Lynette at Franks Tire in Beebe, AR. If she can't help she will send you where you can get what you need.

The return place was in a tire shop and it looked run down and not maintained at all.
Tyler WThe starting milage was off on my contract. I did not know this until returning the vehicle and got a final bill. Luckily, I took a photo of the starting milage and was able to easily dispute the additional charges - although I was charged for some of the additional fees without my knowledge - the funds were refunded the next day.
