After getting there to pick the truck up, the guy in the store called me and told me I couldn't rent the truck. As I was walking in the store, while on the phone, he again told me I couldn't rent the truck because he needed it to stay in town because other people needed it in town. I told him to call someone from uhaul and that that problem wasn't mine that I rented the truck from the uhaul website, it was reserved for me and that problem of other people needing it wasnt my problem. He then called someone then called me an asshole and tossed the keys at me. Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Upon inspecting the truck, it was extremely dirty, inside the cab and the box. The pictures I took will verify. I will NEVER rent from uhaul again if these are the type of places that uhaul allows to rent their equipment.

Micah WAt pickup, the gentleman was very courteous. The lady at pickup refused to check it to assure all was well. It was, of course, in the same good condition we picked it up in but she didn't even check.

Jared V1) inside of cargo trailer had leaves and dirt in it...trailer was not swept clean upon return by previous user. 2) had to hook up trailer by myself...while I was able to do it, it would be difficult for a woman or elderly person to hook up the trailer alone.
