The only complaint I have really was the truck itself. It has maintenance issues. Several lights on the dash, some about servicing traction control that may not come on until it’s driven some. It prevents the cruise control from working when it comes on. And there must be an issue with tires because it rides like it has square wheels, constant serious bouncing, may be a separated belt on a tire or a tire out of round or out of balance. I’m a big U-Haul fan, glad to do business with you several times a year usually. If I had to rent this truck every time I would go elsewhere. No issues with the personnel or locations.

I’m no longer in the area
Robert HTruck wasn't ready(cleaned) and truck was making horrible noise when first started. The guy didn't check the fuel or anything on truck just swept the back out and handed us keys then walked back inside. Once we came to bring the truck back he wouldn't walk out to check it back in just took the keys and said he would check it in later. We was charged for more fuel and a few extra miles.
Karen HThe first unit was running hot and air was out. I didn’t realize this until I got 10 miles down the road. I immediately returned and was given a newer, cleaner and better quality vehicle. I have rented from U-Haul plenty of times and have always got what I consider JUNK. This unit I got last was a good one. I will rent again soon but I would like to get a unit that I ’t have to worry about driving on a long distance. Moving things is stressful enough without having to worry about the vehicle.
Don FWe used the drop box, as instructed, and an employee came out and yelled at us saying we should have brought them inside and that he doesn’t have keys to the box etc, was really rude to use for following instructions from the app
