We have rented Uhauls previously from Freeman and return over again because they are so kind and helpful . The location is very good, clean and organized . Doug was Accommodating to meet our need because we were traveling on a Sunday and worried we could not make it there . We were so grateful . The best U-Haul experience we have had !!! Doug is very very Helpful and nice

My car was totaled, needed car carrier, easy to schudule got there equip ready to go in and out, nicest lady and her dog, had connection adapter, got back ready to get home, lady met me in parking lot, how did it go, very easy, very professional, just perfect: get it there if I need anything.

It's the "add-on" charges that triple the price that is advertised. Like the Safe Trip charge - $15.00. A little honesty, goes a long way.
