Mark DIm not giving this rating for Freeman Parrish. Its for Uhaul. The app is horrible!! Took at least 40 min.at pickup. I had to contact customer service. Drop off was just as bad. Couldnt use app. Just dropped key off in box.

Stephen TThe 10-ft truck was relatively spotless and well maintained. However, the 9-ft x 4-ft motorcycle utility trailer with ramp had muddy fenders with a small bank of leaves and sweet gum balls in the bed. They were quite considerate and helpful in verifying and making the correction when I pointed out that the truck's gas tank was not as full as the initial invoice indicated.

But when I got there to drop off the truck, there was a man with a very long beard who was very rude.he shouted at my husband when he tried to park. Did not explain anything, then he took the key and did not even say anything just turned around walked away. His Attitude was very unprofessional. if I can avoid the place I will not go back or recommend the place to anyone.

Andrea NI was charged additional charges for the Uhaul and when I called Parrish, I was advised to call U-Haul's customer service about the charges.
DANIELLE JI wish I was offered a lock. I don't move that often, and I forgot about buying a lock. I stopped at one gas station and went in and forgot that I left it unsecured. The door was shut, but it wasn't locked, and anybody could have come by and opened up the door and taken my stuff. I wish I was offered a lock; that way I could remember to buy one and use it.

RONALD STHE VEHICLE SHOOK AT 30 MPH AND ABOVE. THE APPLIANCE DOLLY WAS NOT IN THE TRUCK LIKE ORIGINALLY REQUESTED. THIS HAD ME ADD MILEAGE TO MY TRIP AS I HAD TO GO GET A DOLLY TO COMPLETE MY MOVE. THE DRIVER SPEAKER WAS ALSO BLOWN AND MADE THE ENTIRE TRIP JUST BEYOND FRUSTRATING. NOT A GREAT WAY TO START THE MOVE LET ALONE HAVING TO GO BUY A DOLLY THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN RENTAL LIKE REQUESTED TO COMPLETE IT.
ANDREW BThey don't want to listen to me when I told them multiple times, that drop off would be in Montgomery, not eclectic. They sent me to eclectic anyway regardless I told them more than 3 times, that I'm going from here to Eclectic, then to Montgomery and would like to drop off in Montgomery. Their mistake for not trying to listen to customer, caused me so much headache at drop off location with hours wasted on the phone with U-Haul.

KYLE HNo Dollie’s to rent. Moving day was delayed due to this and I was not notified that the location had no even though I had included it on my rental request.
Richard Tadd reflection light to the front of the trailers. At night you do not see the trailer in your rearview mirror and it would be nice just to double check as you are rolling down the road that it is still there.
JOETTE RAt the pickup, Customer Service was excellent! The Trailer was clean and performed as expected. Perfectly. At the drop-off, Customer Service was excellent, again! Best experience we have ever had.
