I had to wait two hours to rent the trailer because U-Haul websites were down. U-Haul needs to have a way of renting equipment when their websites are down. It was almost as if U-Haul had never rented a trailer before the Internet. Two hours of my time was a huge waste and inconvenience for my move.
MARK CNeeds a sign or something designating where to go, drove all the way to the back and had to ask someone where to go. Everyone was helpful and nice.

Mark DIm not giving this rating for Freeman Parrish. Its for Uhaul. The app is horrible!! Took at least 40 min.at pickup. I had to contact customer service. Drop off was just as bad. Couldnt use app. Just dropped key off in box.
