The app was the worst part of the experience it kept crashing and not loading even tho my phone service had full bars, took over 25mins and a phone just to get the truck picked up which i was greeted with a old beat up truck. Was also charged a days rate just for 4 hours. Cant say this was a great experience at all.

awesome customer service
PATRICIA DHaving to download the app to get keys was super inconvenient. It was difficult to obtain the keys. Had to mess with the lock for a bit to get it to open.
