At the pickup, Customer Service was excellent! The Trailer was clean and performed as expected. Perfectly. At the drop-off, Customer Service was excellent, again! Best experience we have ever had.

DAVID SThe place where I got the truck was fine other than the fact that I reserved a hand dolly and furniture dolly and they had neither. I did everything on line and U Haul messed it up. I selected a location for pick up and received a confirmation. I also received two additional pickup locations via text. I called all three and got an answering machine or no answer during business hours so I drove to the first one in Fairhope on 181 and a guy in a run down trailer who barely spoke English just said its not here and offered no help. Next I went to another Fairhope location on Greeno Road - they didnt have it but I was referred to the third location and it said it was there. I then drove to Daphne and got the truck but not the reserved dolly's. I wasted over an hour and probably 30 miles of driving all over. Not good on U Hauls part

JOHN WI think they should take 5 minutes to ensure you have hooked the equipment up correctly. They give you the stuff and leave it to you. I drove off with something wrong on my tow dolly and was stopped by a truck driver offering safety advice

CARLA PThe truck was dirty, smelled of smoke and there ashes everywhere. Pet hair all over floor. I had to wipe the cup holders and dash to remove the ashes. Disappointing as there were no smoking stickers on the windows. I do hope that the person who smoked in it was charged appropriately for doing so.
