The employee I dealt with was inexperienced in handling any of the U-Haul rental computerwork or procedures. As a result, what should take 10 - 15 minutes to process a rental ended up being an hour and a half ordeal, cancellation of original contract and a higher charge for a new contract. This included photos of front and back of my drivers license 3 different times, home address and phone number several times, and just a large waste of my time that lead to an incompletion of my move. I will be filing a complaint through the app or website and asking for a partial refund.

They did not have all of my items I paid for on my reservation. My quote was $30 more at checkout versus what I originally was priced. I will never use U-Haul again.
Kenneth LI originally rented from N Richland hills and was transferred to this location, which was a sketchy location. Being a single older woman? I didn’t feel safe, this the reason I originally rented from NRH. Also no one there to help with check out as the app kept saying I had to retake multiple photos. Having to reopen the back from a three foot drop was not easy or having enough room to take pictures of the sides with other vehicles around. Will not be accepting any transfer locations again and will find other company to rent from in the future.
