I originally rented from N Richland hills and was transferred to this location, which was a sketchy location. Being a single older woman? I didn’t feel safe, this the reason I originally rented from NRH. Also no one there to help with check out as the app kept saying I had to retake multiple photos. Having to reopen the back from a three foot drop was not easy or having enough room to take pictures of the sides with other vehicles around. Will not be accepting any transfer locations again and will find other company to rent from in the future.
