AKU SThe place was confusing, I called 3 times and didn’t receive an answer. The only way I knew we were in the right place was because there were other U-Haul trucks but there was no sign of we were in the right place
DAYANA PI scheduled for a pickup Thursday for today Monday she didn't tell us that she scheduled to pick up for another location we got there probably about 9:09 we had to wait till someone came then they called the the receptionist it was 10:00 before we could start I do not recommend this place at all
MICHAEL SThere was no one at the store when we arrived 30 minutes after it opened. We had to ring a doorbell and then an attendant showed up in a car asking if we were the ones ringing the doorbell. We then had to wait for the manage who apparently lives close by as well. It took over an hour to compleat a simple pick up and get home making the movers we hired have to wait 45 minutes before they could start loading the truck. Pick up was supposed to be at 930 and we should have been home by 10 we did not get home until almost 1045. The truck also did not have the required amount of gas in it and the AC didn't work so we had to have roadside assistance come fix the AC. Uhaul itself has been fantastic for any move we have made over the years, but this location was absolutely awful.

Sonya HFuck off. When you pull, it is a huge place with no direction where to go. U haul is around the back with a tiny sign. The ladies inside very nice, but they have the heat on 100 and it was so fucking hot in there and it took them forever to check us in. There were 100 cleaning products in the bathroom but the bathroom was disgusting.
Randall CThe person gave me the key to move the truck by myself. When I saw the truck blocked, I called them again. I thought it should be ready for me to pick especially if I’m using 24/7 pickups
