Rasheeda CCouldn't check in on app. Called the 706 # for u-haul, lady was wonderful. Got the keys, truck looked NOTHING like the pictures I was too check it out against. It was dented and scratched up. Opened door and got knocked out from the Marijuana smell. Interior was filthy. Miles were wrong, gas was wrong. Returned truck at 6:25, 25 hours later, couldn't use app again. Called 706# back and they were already closed. Called 800#, waited on line, no one ever answered. Took video of truck, dropped keys in safe and same home. Get receipt today and was charged an additional day. WTF?? It should've been free! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!
Wendy AThe truck was in poor driving condition Need to be serviced bumpy ride the entire trip when I reached my destination all my belongs were toppled over furniture tossed about by far the worst and most horrible u-haul experience I've ever had in all my life. Will definitely use a professional moving company in the future company value has seriously declined. Anybody can contract to be a certified specialist to rent the trucks out.....SAD. But to say the least a 26 foot truck is not a 26 foot not with the 2 large humps coming up out of the floor you're cheating your customers out of the square footage you advertise is being rented and that is a flat out lie you say it holds a 3br apt or a 4br house all lies I moved a 3br apt rented for 1 way but had to make a 2nd trip to get the rest of my stuff but then you trying to charge me extra money because of your lies no freaking way. On God you'll never get it and no worries I'll never use U-haul services again like I said it will be a professional moving company that get my funds or I'll pay someone with a big rig to move me.
Shawanda REquipment was subpar, trailer wiring was messed up in the pigtail, had to wiggle it and tape it up to make lights stay on, Albany location was aware of the problem and still had me take the trailer, I had to get the lights working on my own while the guy kept saying he didn't know what to do, the ride up it rained, my boxes got soaked and my mattress was saturated and has brown stains on it from whatever leaked in
Derek NThe truck was damaged, leading to the driver's side door leaking rainwater into the interior, and had (dried) paint spilled in the cabin. The location was locked even during business hours and I had to wait until the owner came outside to LEAVE for the day to return my rental because there was no barcode to scan with the app and the app couldn't 'find' the location even though I was standing there for over 15 minutes. When I knocked on the door to the location, no one answered, even though I arrived before the 3:30pm closing time. I was not credited for the extra gas I left in the truck (was supposed to return with 1/2 a tank of gas, returned with 3/4 a tank of gas). Actual mileage not used to calculate final payment. I would still use uhaul again, just not this particular location.

Michelle WI reserved my equipment at one location and was redirected to this other location. I wasn’t comfortable having my personal information at this secondary location and the equipment was dirty. I had to drive to the original place to get a turn signal on the trailer repaired and they had the same trailer sitting on the lot. I was not happy with this transaction!

ELAINE BThe computer systems were having an issue with processing a credit card payment (not just mine, but the gentleman behind me as well). When I tried to visit the website to check in, it took me to an unsecured website. The gentleman checking me in was very nice and appologetic when it took over an hour. I was offered by his supervisor an extra day for the inconvenience (I only needed it for 1 day but wasn't given that choice). When I returned it to the place I chose when making the reservation , the young lady told me that the system showed a different return location. She was able to take it without charging me extra even though they had a lot of trailers. Normally I don't have this kind of experience with uhaul, but it could have been better.

CHAD SWe were told over the phone that this office would be open at 9 AM. Someone didn't show up until 10:15. Later when I returned to the alley behind the store to get the auto trailer attached, I couldn't reach anyone to help. There was no access to the store through the alley and no one could be reached by phone. When I drove around the block to reach someone I found out why no one was answering the phone. It was being used for personal - and seemingly endless - business. Once I was dealing with someone they were competent and helpful, but by that time I had lost patience with them.
AARON AOn a busy street with no access to the yard. Had to stop in the street and the employee disconnected the trailer and had to push it out of the street.
Ernest SBe able to confirm and give the rate the customer was given whentruck was confirm. I was so angry when the explanation of why I was paying more for the rental and getting LESS miles was that the rates flucuate daily and so even if Im told a rate I will not get that rate. What is the point of reserving and giving your card information. Then I was told that my card would not be run until I return the truck and this place ran it the day I pick up the truck. I was NOT happy.
Vicki WThe people there were very kind but the business was neglectful. The truck was so low on gas that it wouldn't crank. I would recommend that the owner show more attention to the equipment and not leave the business in the hands of workers who are not trained.
IRENE LResevered truck week before I needed it in my home town. Day before they called said the only truck they had was 40 miles away. Trying to move and had drive 80 miles round trip to get truck.
