The website would not work, I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service trying to troubleshoot the check in. I will say you have excellent customer service, Courtney was willing to try every method to get my app to work. When I tried to return my truck the website went down again, and I had to leave due to prior commitments. Only rated 3 stars because of my experience on the phone with customer service.John C.
The young man that called me from phone # 972-436-6017 was very rude when he called me because he wanted the van back earlier & when I kept telling him I was to have it till 1pm, he instantly said it was 11:15 am , needed it at 10am. After going back and forth with him, he told me to take it up with the lady that made my reservation and I would be charged for 2 days & then hung up on me.LAURA H.

This was the WORST experience ever Your application is NOT ready for the public. You made a stressful situation 100x worse. It shouldn't take an hour to rent a U-Haul through a mobile app. From the GPS that couldn't pin point the location to the identity verification and numerous pictures being uploaded you wasted and ruined our day. You deserve a negative 10. Also price in the end was ridiculous.Randall A.

The online experience was horrible, changing passwords 4 times and never worked. A worker at this location had to manually input my pickup, couldn't input truck condition, and couldn't input bringing back the truck. Received an email of bill but it is too small to read on my phone. Impressed with location but very disappointed with uhaul on line service. This happened 4 years ago and has not changed since.Gerald N.

The drop off area is outside the geo tagging for check in and the attendant said they wouldn't get to check for hours and to only use the mobile app that wouldn't let me check the uhaul in until I drove around the entire building finding where the geo-tagging would let me.ben H.

I made my reservation at the location, not online. Just wanted to make sure I was getting the vehicle I needed. Check out was friendly and fast on the morning I needed it. Check back in (only needed the truck for 3 hours and under 9 miles) was also fast. Staff was friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend Frisco Self Storage when you next need for a moving truck comes up.Karl H.

The key needed considerable jiggling in the ignition switch before the truck would start. The gas tank was not full when I got the truck but it was when I returned it. Otherwise the truck was very clean and I love the convenient location.Ellis H.

The cab of the van was infested with roaches and I didn't realize it until after I put all of my things in there and I had a bomb it for roaches didn't get to get anything out of there that evening was a terrible experience I'll never win from them againMichelle S.

The location was incredibly clean and the U-Haul truck was also in excellent condition both inside and out. I requested to have a one way trip from Frisco Tx to Desoto Tx when I got my confirmation it was scheduled for a rental return at Frisco. Upon arriving at the store I requested the one way trip and the associate advised she re-entered my information and I was okay for the one way and drop off in Desoto and advised she switched my truck. I called to confirm my drop with the Desoto location and was advised that it was showing the truck needing to be returned to Frisco. I then had to drive back to Frisco to return the truck. This is upsetting because 2 associates didn't deliver what I requested and I still had to drive and extra 40 miles to return the truck when I wasn't needing a round trip.Kenneth T.

This has nothing to do with the pick-up location or the drop-off location or the people we encountered at either store. This has to do with U-Haul's business, in general. You're main problem is the way you jerk people around from one pick-up location to another. We reserved a truck, paid-in-full, and selected a location a week or so in advance, and U-Haul changed the pick-up location at least 4 times...maybe 5. They changed it 2 or 3 times the day before, and of course, we have to call and wait on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time to try and get the location changed to something closer. Either have fewer locations where you can guarantee a reservation (like only the big stores maybe), or quit acting like we can actually place a reservation because it's obvious we can't. I really hope that's the last time I have to do business with U-Haul.Richard F.

The reservation process sucks! A person can't simply walk into the store and rent the truck. It takes 30 mins to go online and make a reservation just to find out that the online system isn't working then another 10 mins to call customer service. There has to be a better way. Next time I'll definitely look for an easier experienceRobert G.

Unless U Haul trucks get 3 MPG, I was not given a full tank of gas. I drove 20 miles but put 7 gallons of gas in the tank before returning. The attendent states your trucks get 10-12 MPG. I informed him of my issue and he states he will inform his crew. That does nothing for me. If I do not get a response, that will tell me U Haul does not care. Therefore, I will Never use U Haul again.Bryan L.
