Vijay KPrice is too high. A 1.39 a mile adds up quick. For a half day rental priced at $39, I ended up paying over $350 with mileage and insurance.
Christopher SCustomer Service - reservation customer service told us that we would have a new truck for us due to the long miles and it was not. It was loud and dirty inside and out. Could not see out the window and the u-haul CS did nothing unless we ask her was she going to look at the truck. We had to us our cleaning equipment. We was not expecting to have to clean an u-haul before we could drive it. Poor service.
sheila wThe office was difficult to find. I pulled into the self storage building because there were several U-Haul trucks parked there. However, there were no directions to the office. My wife walked across the street and finally found it. She was driven in a cart back to where I parked and the lady who drove her said we were done. So that was quite easy.
