It was an auto body repair shop. Employees were kind but it was clear this didn’t seem to be their specialty. Uhaul changed the pickup information at the last moment. Extremely frustrating. Also supplies (blankets I didn’t receive, but paid for)

The location was closed. Had to use the app but the app kept booting me out. So then I had called Amin and it too over an hour before I actually got to speak with someone that could help. In total a five minute process too over an hour and a half to complete which was unfortunate. The app needs some improving.

Super easy pick up & drop off. Pre registered did NOT do self check out with scan code. Van was clean, well maintained & ready to go. Did great for our trip and will definitely use again when our son moves back.

The truck was dirty in the back. The cab had cigarette ashes in and along the cup holders. I felt filthy sitting in the thing. The people at Fritz’s are of no help to you. Would never recommend that business for anything.

The only issue I had is poor Wi-Fi connection. We had to drive around in order to get access to do everything on the phone before we could pick up the truck. Also same thing when we were returning the truck. Poor Wi-Fi access.

No one at the place knew how to help me with the uhaul they told me it was all self service. I was having an issue with checking out the van and they hand no clue how to help me. I asked the guy why they had a service they don’t know how to do and he just laughed at me

Due to an app issue I was unable to close out the contract on my own when I return the vehicle. The app prompted me to take pictures of the mileage and gas but would not allow me to take a picture I then proceeded to call customer support and we troubleshooted the issue but nothing worked it was an internal app problem. And then took three days for them to close out my return and I owe $2 and they are not letting me pay it and the root customer service agent I spoke over the phone said I'm probably going to take care of fees on that $2 and I said why am I going to Ink her fees if I'm literally trying to pay it right now and you're not letting me. Fritz auto body was awesome U-Haul customer service is horrible.

They were unable to accurately process our contract and took almost an hour to pick up the rental. They changed all the details, including switching it from the one way reservation with a return location of North Carolina to an in town reservation. We reserved a utility dolly that was never received but we were still billed. All the tires were nearly flat so we needed to pump them up before we actual began the journey, which could have been very dangerous on a highway. Thank you to the customer support department for getting the contract straightened out when I called later in the day to get it all corrected. They were very helpful. But this Fritz location is NOT what you should want as a rep of UHaul. It was a horrible experience.

Truck was blocked in after pick up. Counter clerk could barley bother to help. Wanted me to use the app while I sat in front of him. There is no cell service at this location to use the app.

The van was great an all but the main worry was that there was an air tag placed in the van that actively tagged every trip.

to rent this truck was nothing short of a nightmare I could not do it on the phone and the agents I spoke to couldnt do it either . I had to wait for the location to open up at 9 am and the man manually did the rental on his computer. @When I returned the truck the man was not there and the person watching his auto body bussiness didnt know how to check the truck back in . I had to wait 20 minutes for the man to come back to take the vehicle back in . after what I went through on the phone and location I wouldnt put anyone through this Philip DeRoo

I attempted to secure the keys for my rental the evening before I was to take the truck, and spoke with the worker at "Fritz Auto" about it. He said, in halting English, that I could do so. Two minutes later, he called me back, claiming that the management told him that I could not. The rental therefore became a 24/7 "truckshare" rental. That system/program is the worst process I ever used, and I do not ever want to use it again. To say nothing of my concern with UHaul having payment, license images, facial recognition images, and telephone identification info for me, I wasted approximately 2 hours both on the telephone with UHaul representatives and in waiting for upload data on the system. I will probably not use UHaul again if there's ANY chance I will have to use the automated aggravation program.

I had to do everything myself. The employees could not operate the computer and spoke very little English. All they did was hand me the key. When I returned the truck, I did all the information on my phone. Later I got calls from uhaul saying my truck was over due. I returned the truck with more gas than when I picked it up and was later charged for a full tank. This was an awful experience. I had planned on using uhaul to move to S. Carolina but I will not now!! I want my money refunded for the fuel I was charged for!

Showed up to location and I selected counter pick up (because I’ve had issues with the mobile pick up and drop off before). I was told the guy who knows how to do it wasn’t there yet, he was running late. I was asked to try the mobile pick up but the app and internet wouldn’t let me get past a certain point (I assumed because I chose counter). The man got there 20m after my reservation and was able to check me in but he was having computer problems. He did bump my time out 30m for return so I wouldn’t lose any time. After picking up the U-Haul and driving it to where I needed to go I noticed there wasn’t a dolly in the truck and the truck bed floor was wet. (It was not raining at that time and I checked the truck before I left and it wasn’t wet). Thankfully a neighbor had a small tarp that I could use on the spots that didn’t dry after leaving the door open for an hour to let it dry off. Once I packed everything up and brought it to the next location it did start to Rain and when I opened the back door water was dripping on my couch so I was rushing to get everything out so I could get to the couch. No issues once I brought it back, I will take a look to see if I get reimbursed for the trolley or not. Overall it was an average experience, happy to have truck rentals so close to home, it makes it very convenient. The guy at the pick up/drop off location was very nice and apologetic.
