I reserved a 5x9 open trailer with ramp, which was not at this location. I was stuck with a motorcycle trailer. I have asked for a refund on the cost difference and have not sen it yet. I returned the trailer before 1pm and because the app didn’t work, it was documented at 230pm. I spoke with two people to insure the return was complete. The second person was supposed to process the charge adjustment.
Arthur MStaff didn't have the lot plowed out and it delayed getting the van. The staff was a bit rude on allowing me to park my car while using the van. They were also rude with drop-off since they closed at 5pm and my drop-off was for 5:30, they then said we had to stay late for you since they requested my key for my personal car could be left with them to move my car.
