Kind of painful checking the truck out. Guess the system was running very slow, but customer service was very helpful and did it for me because I wasn't able to at the time.

Not happy that about mileage overage as I made a reservation in Warrenton Va then had to drive 23 miles to pickup which was not explained to me , putting me over on mileage. Not impressed
