He gave us no walk through , told us it's over there go ahead , there was ashes in the ashtray , the man there over charged us when it was suppose to be .69$ per mile he charged my card 1.09$ per mile and then wasn't there when I went to drop it off he closed early he said. , then he asked me to take a picture of the mileage and the gas so he could check it in remotely I am not happy with the experienceCHRISTY W.

Turn signal and break lights on the right side did not work. Left side and running lights were ok. Tested the connection partway down the cable and it had all proper signals etc. upper left side top light was broke.David C.

We did not get the dolly we rented and there was broken glass in the cargo area along with so much packing paper covering the whole floor. Other than that, the truck had full gas and worked fine.Aleesha W.

It looked like my vehicle hadn't been cleaned since the last driver. The cab was dirty and had trash on the drivers side floor. The gas tank was less than a 4th of the way full and there was a broken mirror in the back left from the last renters.Gabrielle C.

The truck has trash in it (e.g., coffee cup, crumbles everywhere, and had a foul smell for the beginning of our trip. The seats were comfortable. The lack of USB, cruise control, and steering wheel adjustment is challenging.Steven P.

TERRIBLE experience here. When we dropped it off, they said we have to pay for 4 extra days (the truck was due Monday, we dropped it off Thursday... so that would be 3 days, not 4). I received an email stating I owed over $400, with almost no explanation. So when I called to get more information, the woman on the other end of the phone was no help and very condescending. As I previously stated, we were not made aware that the insurance is an additional $28/day, so when I expressed my confusion and frustration, the woman was not helpful whatsoever. Will likely NEVER use Uhaul again because of this experience, which is unfortunate because we move often. Our truck was supposed to cost only $700, and because of this misinformation, we are supposed to pay over $1,000 (which I will be pursuing with Uhaul's customer support).JAROD H.

Was over charged from price I set up online. He never showed me milage or walked through so I could point out any damages. Radio did not work. He had the return time at 5pm and I did not check it out till 6:18pm. I tried calling number on contract to see if I could extend it for one hour that number was not correct number. Milage rate was a joke. And he kept calling me whole I was at work and the truck was returned. And then charged me doubleKAYLA R.

Owner not computer literate. Had to telephone supervisor twice. Took over an hour to get equipment on the road. This rental was screwed up from the start. Paid for a 26' truck. Didn't get the truck, had to settle for a smaller truck and use cars for the remainder. Will never pay ahead again with uhaul.Edward H.

The guy was friendly enough, but getting the trailer took over an hour. We had a reservation and had checked in online complete with uploading driver's license. The worker, copied the driver's license anyway. It took him a long time with the person ahead of us since they did not have a reservation. Interior of building needs some work-ceiling is partially open, bathroom did not look usable, duct work hanging out of the ceiling. We will use another location.Peter S.

We needed a 26ft truck for our move. and was told the only way we were able to get one was to drive 2 hours one way to pick one up. This is unacceptable when moving across the country.Rachel M.
Supply them with the actual trailer that was paid for. We were not able to move a couch & a mattress & box spring to new location because U-Haul presented a4x8 trailer when we had reserved & paid for a 5x8. WE WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN!Pam L.

I don't need a fancy location or anything. This was sufficient and I wasn't required to wait long which I appreciated. The gentleman was nice, friendly and worked to get me on the road quickly. The location is a work in progress and it sounds like he's going to improve the physical location with some time/effort.Jason H.

I had trouble getting the app to accept my email address. Then it wouldn't take my phone number. It never did show my order. Scanning the code on the truck did not work. So William Grist came to our rescue! He was kind, understanding and very helpful on a Sunday morning. The truck had several pieces of tape on it holding down what looked like weather stripping. He contacted his supervisor about switching trucks. The supervisor said it was left over tape from having a window installed. The picture on the website that asked if I accept the condition, showed the weather stripping elevated above the window. The supervisor said it would be fine. William Frost went above and beyond helping me and my son.Natalie P.

Had 12pm appointment but nobody was there. I had to call him twice. I had to wait for him for over an hour! Then failed to check my trailer back in and I was charged for 2 days even though I had it only 3 hours. I even sent him proof (I took pictures and sent them to him)Russ B.
