This location is great but his manager is Superb! It is great to find warm human hospitality on big business companies as U-haul. My experience was fantastic. All the process runs smoothly the manager of this facility was very helpful and very kind to me and my family. 2 thumps up. To the manager of this facility: Keep doing what you doing because you are doing it right.

Putting jacks on trailer
Marvin J.The location is not acutally called FROST EVENT CENTER, it is simply located NEAR the Frost Event Cetner. This is highly confiusing, especially since teh site was not staffed during the drop-off hours. Mileage allowance for the assigned pickup location, my home address provided at the time of reservation, and the eventual drop off location assigned (nearest location to my destination) was not sufficient to achieve the travel, even with most direct route.
