I was hesitant at first considering I was picking up from a neighborhood location but the guys and gal here were absolutely incredible. Kind, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and led me to become very comfortable with my first U-Haul experience. The team at Frugal Flamingo deserves 5 stars across the board.Zachary H.

Rented for 4 days. Returned in 2 days. You don't refund for less days even though truck is rented again. That is poor business practice. Then to make changes is near impossible. Web site says you can go online to make changes. You cannot. Uhaul even struggles to make changes themselves.Jay P.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The store itself was a mess. The uhaul stuff was in the back. Walking in there was broken equipment. The slushie machines were full but not on. Broken hotdog machine in the back and to the left of the cashier stand. There was so much stock it was hard to move around anywhere but the straight line to the cashier stand. Again the staff was great. I like them. What really bugged me was that I didn't have to bring the tank back full. It needed to be at a certain point but not full. So the options are: I put in the exact amount (nearly impossible), give uhaul extra gas for free, get charged up the ass for not filling it up exactly. Only uhaul benefits. This is purely a way to scam customers.RICHARD W.

I dont know where to begin, First- my location was changed last minute was a huge inconvenience as it added over an hours time of travel and circling back passing my original pick up loaction. 2- The person helping me get my truck was absolutely clueless. He told me I couldn't take this truck, then he told me it hadn't been checked in , and that it was dirty and had been pulled out of a ditch. It was filtly inside and out. Dog hair, smelled of dog urine and mud everywhere and slimly window restricting visibility. It took me an extra 35 minutes and two phone calls. Once on my end to UHAH and then he had a couple himself all of which he was using fowl language with erratic behavior. It was very uncomfortable being in there. When I signed the papers finally, I noticed that the information I had filled out previously online was different, the charge was for more and the optional 14 insurable had been added. At this point i didn't even want to get into this with this man as I quickly sensed he was extremally incompetent in this work, and had zero ability to effectively and with quality customer service resolve even the littlest of an issue. He also mention several times to me TO NEVER PUT THE KEYS IN THE DROP BOX. or they will charge you an extra $20 Again normally I'd have asked why as this seeemed to be one of the dumbest (hand in your purse) rip off catches I've heard of. Either way whatever, we left that disgusting location and got into this filthy truck. Later that night, as I was using the app to DROP of and sign in the truck at DD Heavy towing Drop off, I couldn't complete becuase it turns out that this person filled out the wrong information for the truck I was driving. I kept getting this (YOUR currentl mileage is lower than the miles you started with) This really created a mess, because now I knew I had to come back to this location and return the truck the following day. And since it was after hours 6:30pm to be exact I didn't want to leave my key in the drop box per this other guys admonition to not to so. I took the keys with me know that I still HAD until 1pm the next day to occupy this truck.BRAD P.

The U-haul I rented did not have a ramp! That made moving things in and out of truck very difficult. I was unaware that some U haul trucks were equipt without a ramp I wish this was pointed out to me before renting the truck as I would have went elsewhere. The truck was very clean and the lady who rented me the truck was nice, my only problem was not having a ramp.DUSTIN G.

Printer wasn't working so check out took 15-20 minutes. When we went to hook up the trailer it had the 4 pin for the lights and they didnt have any 7 pin adapters (which is what most trucks have for light hook up) I had to take the trailer - without working lights) to a local harbor freight to buy an adapter at my expense.SHAWN H.

The Frugal Flamingo Quickstop definitely hit the mark for high quality service from the woman who helped us pick up the truck and for efficiency, ease of access and oddly enough, the smell of the location. This quickstop smells great due to some of their fragranced merchandise and that was a pretty great unexpected surprise.5 stars all around.Justin B.

I set up to drop off the trailer at my own choice, rather then being assigned a drop off location. But sadly, Uhaul company emailed me a specific drop off located in Morgan Utah & that place doesn't exist. There is no actual Uhaul rental/drop off located in Morgan UT. I went to a location of my choosing which turned out to be closed, so that was a bummer, Google should be updated. I finally ended up at the above location & they were not prepared to unhitch me (I did not connect the trailer to my car, therefore I was not responsible for unhooking it) They had to call in someone to help. Then as they tried to check me out, they found I was being charged extra for not returning it to the Morgan location (again-does not exist) so that was a bit of an issue. No UHaul signage to indicate it is a legitimate UHaul licensed location. The owner runs a convenience store business that appears to be a very old neighborhood store, but you would never know it is a UHaul location. The owner was very friendly and helpful.Lorraine A.
