The person helping us seemed to have no idea what was going on, and the entire building smelled of weed and urine. It was gross, and took far longer than expected to get a U-Haul we had already done everything to pick up.

Kirk WThe app is terrible and your customer service line said less than 5 min and I waited 30 minutes to talk to someone. The app said the return was complete and drop off the keys, but I got a notification that the truck was still active.
Stephen BA little difficult to locate at first, but other than that it was like most of the U-Hauls I have been to. The staff was really nice and helpful. I was absolutely floored at the quadruple inflation of a car hauler. I have traveled all across the US for over 20 years, and this was a shock at how much the prices inflated for use of a trailer for 24 hours. Used one only 2 years ago and could not believe how much the cost went up!
