The pickup location carries no suppliesDavid W.
I went to return the truck after hours follow the instruction on my receipt. U-Haul.com/share did not recognize that location and would not let me return the vehicle through the website. I had to drive the truck back to my house and come back the next day which put more mileage on the vehicle and took more gas. When I explained this to the lady at the counter she told me no one else has had a problem and she could not take the miles or the gas off of my bill. I showed her on my phone the message I was getting standing at the counter but it did not recognize that location. The location parking lot has a lot of holes in it. There's always deep puddles and mud everywhere. It's very difficult to maneuver through the parking lot to avoid walking through muddy water.DORTHY K.

The person in charge did not give the correct information about what I was being charge for. The price went from $29 to $82 to $131 when she knew that was not what I wanted.some of the prices was openly and some was not all in all I would never do business there again.LAWRENCE J.

I was quoted a price of $15 for the day. Before I returned the trailor, I washed it totally clean. It was at least as clean when I returned it, as when I picked it up, if not cleaner. So my quoted price of $15 became $36. Will go somewhere else next time!MAURICE B.

There was excessive noise in the leaf springs and I called with some Concern. They sent someone out to check the trailer and was told everything was good, mgr came latter and lubricated the springs and reassured all was OK. And it was, great trip.Sarah L.

The UHaul app asked for more confirmation information than I was prepared to give sitting in a parking lot ready to pick up the truck. The information it sought I had already input in the website a week before. Fortunately after I gave up on the app, the folks behind the counter at FSB auto were able to help. It would be helpful if the app didn't ask for additional information during pick-up, or at least warn us about that in advance.LLOYD C.

Truckshare 24/7 reservation for 7:30am. When I arrived and tried to do pickup through the app, it said we had to wait until the store opened at 8:30am for hand delivery. This set the start of our moving back. Also, when using the app to return, I got to step 4, took a picture of the location of truck, hit continue, and it went back to step 1. We had to hand delivery the keys...thankfully they were still there since it was after hours.JASON B.

Had some issues with the app recording the wrong mileage and not accepting the pictures during truck pickup. Had to dispute the charges as it showed I drove 329 miles when I really only drove 22. Just a heads up to your tech team to know this is going on with the mobile app.ROBERT JASON R.
