I can't think of anything. I needed a longer pin for my hitch and this location sold them cheaper (lower price) than the auto stores. They are very nice and friendly at this location!FRED S.

Terrible experience dropping 15' truck off. Called 4 days ahead to make sure FTL packing would be open all day for drop off on December 31st. Individual who answered phone assured me they would be open until 5pm. Went to drop off truck (a day early) at 2pm on Friday December 31st, FTL was closed and locked. I called and left them a message. No drop box was located at the front of the building which left me no choice but to park truck in FTL's parking lot but leave key with family member in Central Indiana as I traveled home 3 hours away. No call the next day (New Years) from FTL. Today, January 2nd, I get a call from FTL stating they needed the key for the truck. Had family member take key over immediately. UNBELIEVABLY they charged me an extra $85 for two days overage....even though truck was in their parking lot a day early and they weren't there for 2 days due to New Years. Never do business with this location. Already filed complaint with uhaul corporate. Bad communication with terrible customer service. Unfortunate UHAUL treats its customers this way.Nathan H.

First off this wasn't even the location that I dropped the truck off as it wasn't the location stated within the contract that I both setup and signed upon first pickup of the truck. Secondly, I dropped the truck off only 10 hours after pickup at the location I had planned on but for some reason U-Hual in a whole couldn't manage to successfully check in the U-Hual truck on time causing many POINTLESS, and generally tedious calls to be made to me asking when I would be planning on dropping the truck off. Over all you'd be better getting a friend's truck and a janky trailer.Chase G.

Absolutely nothing. We had the best experience with staff working with us and actually getting us a better deal. Staff was very flexible with questions and changes I had. I think the lady that helped us out and was so fantastic was Alex but that may be the wrong name.BRITTANY S.

We didn't rent the dolly or furniture pads but they were in the truck, taking up space, and if we had cut the zip ties we would have been charged. This was rather annoying. Also picking up and dropping off the truck before and after hours was okay but the process of going through all of the steps on the phone was a bit confusing and not intuitive or user friendly.Larry C.

I gave all required personal information including my personal home address and the U-Haul representative at the Pick Up location harassed me for the address that I was going to be doing business at with the U-Haul and that is absolutely non of their business. I'm not going to give the name and address of people, that I do not know, thats selling furniture to a family member of mine. I rented the Uhual to help a family member move furniture and if my personal address isn't enough, then I won't rent your equipment again. There's a point when too much information needed is an invasion of privacy! Knowing the location of where I'm using the truck is irrelevant whether I live out of state or not. If I'm going to be negligent with the equipment, it will have nothing to do with where I'm using the truck!! And the truck had melted jelly beans and pop splashed all over the driver side door THAT I CLEANED so NO, it wasn't cleaned!!! But because I missed it during checking it out, I was afraid I'd be charged for it when I checked it back in especially after the rude woman I spoke to picking it up to begin with! this experience was not very good due to the U-Haul app not working. I dropped the trailer off after hours and the app would not work. Called customer service and explained the situation, he had me drive back to the location I dropped it off and try again, still would not work. Called customer service a second time and a very kind woman, checked in my rental and all was well. If the first service rep would have done this, it would have saved me an extra trip to the drop off location.Joseph L.

The service was wonderful but the easy access to internet was terrible! Alex from the Elwood store was able to come to the store and reprocess me for rental and set me up to return the truck with ease through the 24/7! Making the reservation using the APP on iPad & Laptop was horrific.... I tried numerous times, 4 months earlier to book reservation, only to have to call the 800# and confirm my reservation. PLUS... then the call came 1 hour before the pickup location closes, that the pickup site has changed to a location that is 38 miles, 55 minute drive. The experience with the entire reservation process has been shattered...James P.

The location and the people at location are great! Uhaul customer service and accident report departments are hands down the worst one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my 40 yrs. The people I spoke with along with those that hired them should be fired!!! I've never felt like a corporation as big as uhaul has ever tried to screw me over the way your people did. I get in a accident. Then try to help you save $ by not taking your room and border or using your road side assistance and try to exchange at location I rented from because it was messed up and literally got screwed over worse than any point in my life never again will I try to do right thing and help uhaul again. I do you a favor and you give me the most extreme fucking over ever! When you would rather me file insurance claim of more that 10k dollars than exchange a $30 a day trailer there is something wrong. Worst experience I've ever had as a consume with no close second place! It's a understatement to say AMAZINGLY BAD!ROBERT H.

Uhaul from Indianapolis called and informed that elwood did not have 4x8 trailer that I had reserved, and that I would have to drive to daleville to pick up. I was on very tight schedule and said that is an hour out of my way. And instead I was given 6x12 trailer for the price of 4x8 as there was no way with schedule I had that i would be able to get to daleville location. Uhaul went above and beyond this time seriously. The people were great and so very helpful. I was disappointed that i had to drive when i scheduled to pick up in Anderson, but it all worked out! The truck was clean , the only thing is those mirrors on the truck do not move and were difficult to see how to back up or just to see out of because of not being able to move.Darnell L.
